Checking off Number 5...my travels to London

Arrived in London December 28, 2010 and spent the New Year with great friends and really had an experience of a lifetime!  Classic me: Almost getting ran over by a taxi in front of Buckingham Palace!

The first night we went to a quaint neighborhood pub and I experienced my first Bailey's! We all talked for hours and had chips for a midnight snack!  The next night on our way back from the city we took the bus back to the hotel and I had the pleasure of sitting next to a young drunk man who spilled his beer and then passed out in it.  He literally laid his head in a puddle of beer.  Wow! 

We walked everywhere or took the Tube (which is an experience in itself).  I could write a whole other blog on the tube and what you see!

19. Walk the Giant Causeway and watch the sunrise and sunset in Northern Ireland
20. Travel to the Temple of Jupiter -- Baalbeck (Lebanon)
21. View the Temple of Apollo (Greece)
22. Visit the Parthenon (Greece)
23. Stand among the Valley of the Temples (Italy)
24. Travel to the Cave of the Nativity (West Bank, Bethlehem)
25. Visit Chartres Cathedral (France)
26. Create a Scholarship Program for Social Work Students
27. Become a foster parent
28. Create a social service program that provides housing, childcare, counseling and medical needs on site.
29. Work in a refugee resettlement program
30. Go digging for diamonds in Arkansas
